Has anyone tried a water/juice cleansing diet?

I am thinking about starting a cleansing diet, hopefully to increase my energy by detoxifying my body. I don't need to lose weight. Has anyone gone on such a diet? Does it help?Has anyone tried a water/juice cleansing diet?
I have had a cleansing like that before, but I didn't notice more energy myself. I did a 40 hour fast (only drinking juice and water), but after it was done and I had a meal or two, I felt about the same as I did beforehand.

Typically, you should only need a cleanse if you eat a lot of bad things and don't have enough fiber in your diet... then cleansing can help a lot and you could likely feel more energy. I just had enough fiber in my diet before and after the cleanse, so I didn't really need it. Good luck!Has anyone tried a water/juice cleansing diet?
I think cleansing is a great thing to do. I don't think it's the answer all but i do think it's beneficial to aid the body to stay healthy. I cleanse regulary. and i mean as in twice a week for maintenance and then every other month i do it for 7 days. but that is what works for me. I use oxy powder and only decided on this on becasue they actually had documented Human clinical trials. There are so many gimmicks out there but if you spend a little time like i did you will find the one that works best for you.
I have tried different body cleansers over the years and the best I found was Dual Action, got it off the internet. IT WORKS!! I regained my energy, my skin never looked better, I slept better, I lost weight, it just made me feel wonderful! You have to do what they recommend though, lots of water, and stay away from fried fatty foods when you are taking it etc. I dont think you will get the results from juice/water like you would the herbs that come in a body cleanse. They also sell cleansers at local health food stores. Hope this helps ya!
All detoxing/cleansing is unhealthy.
That kind of detoxification is total bull. Your body has built in detoxifiers. That's what your liver and kidneys are for.
