I really don't know about baking soda and water but... straight cranberry juice helps out alot. Make sure you drink it without anything added (no alcohol!). Cleanse out your system for what?Does baking soda and water work to cleanse out your system?

it is good for whitening teeth, this is all i know
One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in 6 ounceces of water, every day will.
