my suggestion is that you better drink water... on any cleanse diet water is the first to be depleted. besides water isnt harmful for you at all......drink water....anyone who tells you not to is an idiot.Can you drink water when on the Master Cleanse Diet??

Yes you are suppose to drink water to help filter out more toxins then just the cleanse would do however it is suppose to be naturally filtered water that doesnt have any added chemicals
