Is water fasting easier and more effective than the master cleanse???

i can do either of them, i prefer the water fasting, but if the master cleanse is better i'll do that.

do you still get the same results with water fasting, as in it gets rid of all the toxins in your body?

also for the fasting, do i have to do the salt water flush? and do i have to take a herbal tea laxative?

PLEASE, anyone who has done either one, can you please give me advice and tell about your experiance, what you took exactly, how long you did it, and how it turned out.

what should i do, step by step.

thank you.Is water fasting easier and more effective than the master cleanse???
Im a recovering anorexic, and I've water fasted, and it does get rid of toxins, but I don't know the rest, since I've never really talked to a doctor. Is water fasting easier and more effective than the master cleanse???
stop smoking pot!
Fasting is a wrong thing to do - if you think that you clean your body by fasting so you r wrong - there isn t such a thing

the best is just to eat less food and the best is to eat alot of fruits and vegtable

I live in Israel and right now these weeks I mean there is some english programs about the food which say what I m saying - no cleaning and no nothing Just eat less and eat fruits and vegtable
Hi, I've done the Master Cleanse for one week but I have never water fasted for longer than 24 hours. The lemons, maple syrup, and cayenne are said to be very important to the cleanse. For example, the lemons have cleansing properties and vitamin C, the maple syrup imparts minerals, and the cayenne helps the metabolism and has blood purifying properties. You wouldn't get these with water fasting so I would stick with the Master Cleanse.

I don't perform the SWF, but I do drink senna tea at nights to stimulate the bowels. If I went longer than one day without a bowel movement then I would do a SWF.

Hope this helps, I do have a free ecourse on natural health that covers the Master Cleanse. Click here to check it out: http://devotedtohealth.com
If you want to get rid of toxins the healthy (and easier) way, just eat some fiber -- about 100% of the daily value you're supposed to.

I know that all of this fasting and everything to ';cleanse'; the body is popular and all these days -- but that is the exact reason that you should not do it. Depleting your body of any food group, and less for religious or otherwise personal reasons, is extremely unhealthy. And that is exactly what fad diets do -- including fasting. Gallbladder stones are not fun, and living the rest of your life without gallbladder is definitely not fun.

Just stick to fiber and good old-fashioned water. Yes, water does cleanse your body-- and it is absolutely necessary to drink a lot of it when you eat fiber.
Are you fasting to cleanse or fasting to loose weight?

The best thing to do is use a master cleanse and double your natural fiber intake and a multivitamin with magnesium, calcium, iron, and iodine (very small doses of iodine - regulates hypothalmus gland - hormones). High fiber naturally like Broccoli, whole grain breads and cereals, kelp or seaweed and spinach added to a salad, tomatoe and tomatoe juice, jicama (root you eat like an apple), and add a banana to your diet everyday with lots of water. Do not drink sodas or fruit juices if possible during your 7 to 10 day cleanse. It raises your blood sugar/glucose levels that may make you very hungry. You can drink pomegranate or cranberry juices once or twice a day and will help with cleansing your kidneys. Nothing with red dye in it either.

Make sure you use a natural cleansing product from a reputible health food or organic store.

It is not a salt water flush it would be Epson salts you would drink and NO not unless you want stomach cramps and live in your bathroom for 2 days. You would also have to drink black walnut tentures to kill the parasites and that is a liver cleansing agent.

You only need to cleanse every 3 to 4 months depending on the type of diet you are on. If you are not the healthiest eater in the world you may want to cleanse every 2 to 3 months. Ask your health food professional to recommend the 7 day cleanse they have. It will cleanse your colon, liver, and kidneys in one week and will already come with a natural laxative agent in it. If the laxative agent is not strong enough you can take an additonal capsule of Cascara Sagrada with it and it will help get your bowels moving to expel any toxins. Also get yourself an acidophilous with atleast 2 billion active enzymes in it. Take the recommended dosage everyday even during and after your cleanse. It helps your digestive system and cleans your digestive track for better absorbtion of good foods and waste elimination. Good luck on your wellness.
I would say yes.
