help, what? You don't need a colon cleanse. Sounds like someone talked you into doing the unnecessary. People out there are continually finding new ways to make money. Tabasco sauce will loosen you up..
Baking soda, Liquid Drano, Cap'n Crunch (with Crunchberries), 2 tsp of cinnamon. Mix well for that fresh feeling.
Sour Kraut!!!!
