Master cleanse : salt water flush vs. laxative?

Is it possible to take one or the other? Do i really have to take both?Master cleanse : salt water flush vs. laxative?
No you don't have to take both.

I recommend the Salt Water Flush over a laxative because is it natural, and because it bathes your intestines with a flow of organic liquid.

If you are having trouble with the SWF you can use the laxative alternatively or in combination. I have found however, that the Salt Water Flush will work for almost everyone, but it can be done wrong and not work at all.

There are a few KEYs that you MUST follow.

1. Use 1 Liter/Quart of purified water - warm is usually better and drink it quickly. This can be hard, and where many people fail. The taste isn't pleasant and drinking a lot can be a challenge. But the volume of the water needs to get into your stomach at the same time.

2. Do it on an empty stomach. In the morning is best as you obviously haven't eaten, and you also get it out of the way.

3. You must use organic Sea Salt - unrefined. It can NOT be table salt. It can not be iodized.

I have done it successfully with 2 Teaspoons and with 1 Tablespoon.

Lie down on your right side after to promote the movement of the liquid in your system.Master cleanse : salt water flush vs. laxative?
in order for the cleanse to work you have to do both.laxative at night and salt water in the morning.the salt water was disgusting so i took the amount of salt your supoossed to take and put it in a shotglass with a little water and took the salt water like a shot then sucked on a lemon afterward.then i drank all the ounces of water right after i took the shot.gross i know but its SOO much better than trying to chug down salt water.ewwww!
To be honest, your body will cleanse itself (it's called the liver!), and these types of treatments can severely dehydrate you, and possibly do more damage.

Salt makes you retain water. If you really want to 'flush' your system, drink plenty of water, and eat fruits/veggies frequently. That's the better way!
Useing a Laxative or some COLON-flush is a extreme level of lifestyle..if I think that my digestive track needs some added therapy--I use a MIX of Whole Oats + WHEATENA[tm]Brand Cereal..eating that plain for three days(once per day)..or I may add diced garlic to that..there is a chance of stomach cramps when useing a laxative or some FLUSH..//..I think that cups of Plain Geen Tea might be more gentle(but still)you may suffer some cramping..I prefer a starting point and NOT rushing things along..this way its a continues advantage..that's why I use FIBER in the recipe of Whole Oats and WHEATENA..oats and wheat..plain..//should be a safe home practice,,,I would see a Physician rather than move on to some exteme measure..like Laxative/Flush.
