Today I am starting a cleanse for weight loss. I am going to be drinking just water for 10 days and not eating?

With just drinking water and eating no food at all, any rough idea how much weight I will lose. I am 5'2 and 116 lbs. Or any other personal experiences if you did anything along the same lines, or how did you drastically lose weight fast? Thank youToday I am starting a cleanse for weight loss. Please. I don't recommend you do this. Going without food for 10 days can severely hurt your body and organs. If you want to lose weight fast, try vigorous exercise but don't starve yourself. It may even cause yourself to gain weight. Eat healthy (lots of fruits, vegetables, and proteins), eat NO fats/sweets at all, and exercise vigorously for about an hour and a half a day for those days would be a much better option.Today I am starting a cleanse for weight loss. A girl I worked with did a cleansing diet thing...she lost like 6-7 pounds the first 10 days...she dropped alot of weight over the next couple of months...but then she ended up gaining most of it back...you really have to stick with it...FOREVER basically.
Why? Just cutting out potatoes, ice cream, soda, fruit juices, pasta, rice, gravies, fried foods, etc. will let you lose 6 lbs in 10 days and you won't be uncomfortable or weak.
Although cleansing diets are a really good way to lose weight, they're certainly terrible for your health and body. You seem pretty skinny for the most part so I don't see why you would want to lose weight anyways...I'm 4'11'; and 105 pounds and I'm pretty skinny. Please don't choose this route to lose weight...you won't be getting any nutrients and you will be so weak and need to sleep a lot. Trust me, it's so bad for you. If you're doing the lemon cleanser thing, I think it does work, but it's not about being healthy. If you want to be in the best shape possible, just eat your appropriate amounts of fruits and veggies every day as well as other necessary nutrients and you will literally be fine even if you don't work out. There is no need to cleanse a body that is healthy. Just stay away from bad foods and try to do some exercise every day. Really, don't try to find alternatives for losing weight...they won't work or they'll just bite you in the butt in the long run. Drastically losing weight fast is also a bad choice, for lots of reasons you probably already know that I don't need to go into. If you want to lose weight at a faster pace, just do what I told you and work out hardcore for at least a week and I'm sure you could lose at least 5 pounds and see a major difference. Please, please, please don't try to find alternatives and DON'T do this water diet.
at 5'2 and 116 lbs you really aren't overweight. All you are going to do to your body by just drinking water is have your body start burning muscle. Just do some exercise and eat healthy foods.

That's called starving to death. You have to eat something. Water alone will not keep you alive.
Ooooh-I love it,another ';Fad Diet';! What is this one called-The Water Diet or The Starvation Diet?


You'll just end up weak,tired and dizzy.Your body will not get any nourishment and the body will lower your BMR to conserve energy(it's a natural defense the body has for times of drought). And whatever weight you lose will just be temporary and you'll probably put on weight once you get back to your normal diet.


Your only hope is a good Diet and Exercise regime!
You may lose it fast but you will gain it back just as fast. When you do this your body goes into starvation mode and protects itself by slowing down metabolism then you're really in trouble. When that slows down it's hard to get it back up. And it's the metabolism that burns the fat so don't try this. Eat smaller portions of a balanced diet, no seconds, no junk food and drink water with meals.





Then have an activity you enjoy so you will stay toned and not be flabby make sure it's one you enjoy then you will do it. Such as dancing, swimming, walking, team sport etc.
You will lose weight. You will also lose nutrients, muscle, and you will slow your metabolism to a snails pace because it thinks it is starving, so when you DO eat again, your body is gonna store the food away for dear life because it never knows when you are gonna pull THIS stunt again, and it's scared. I don't know what your motivation is for the cleanse, but there are healthy products on the market for you to take and still be able to eat. I've used them myself and they work. Please be careful.
water has no nutritional value, you should take vitamins and try the master cleanse mix.... it is water with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and sugar ( you can use splenda) my mom did it for a week and list 6 lbs.
please take it easy on your body .. just 5 days is best .. your body needs food to ..
waste of your time it's called exercise and proper diet. If you can find a diet that says don't eat go for it. If you need to actually cleanse your self do it only 1-2 days.
First of all, you're already little! I bet if you just watched what you ate and worked out for 30 min a day you'd drop weight in no time. Doing that cleanse you are talking about is only going to make you look, feel, and BE sick. If you want to do a proper cleanse eat small size healthy snacks throughout the day. Like eat a banana for breakfast, then munch on some raspberries before lunch, at lunch has a salad with veggies and non fat dressing, etc.... you get the picture. But the water cleanse will be a waste of your time...
