However, labs have caught onto to ways people use to fool urine screens. Three tests can be done. First, a simple ';eyeball'; check for color. Secondly, a specific gravity check. Thirdly, (most commonly) is a test for a common muscle breakdown product called creatinine. Human's excrete creatinine as a waste product. If the creatinine is too low, the urine is considered suspect and in some instances is considered an ';administrative positive.'; You can't cleanse the fat cells of your body. Time and abstinence are the only foolproof ways to have a clean urine. Sorry.
