Will drinking lemon water with every meal help me cleanse out?

My skin, eyes and hair are looking kind of dull and I think it may be a lack of health. I'm going to start eating less junk and more fruits and veggies. Would drinking lemon water with every meal help the cleansing process? Will drinking lemon water with every meal help me cleanse out?
just keep with a healty diet, appearantly leamons have a very high content of bacteria, just eat right, and you will start to look betterWill drinking lemon water with every meal help me cleanse out?
Please - Lemon water has no magical properties, it will do you no more good than drinking plain old water.

If you want your skin, eyes and hair to look better, eat less fat, cut down refined sugar to almost nothing, exercise and be social! The whole cleanse thing is just ';new-age BS'; your body naturally cleanses itself, but if you really want to help it, just don't eat junk in the first place!
If cleansing is New Age, why has it been practiced for 5000 years? There is hard science behind it... just one example: the Environmental Protection Agency tests Adipose (fat) Tissue for the presence of toxins (Google it) hence the connection between cleansing and weight loss. My recommendation -- don't just make up a cleanse. Use one of the many proven systems. I'm using a product made by the world leader in nutritional cleansing. I dropped 20 pounds and 15 inches, I sleep better and have tons more energy. But the product is not the miracle - the body is the miracle. This product provides the proper environment for the body to do its job effectively, with all the live enzymes, the ionic trace minerals, aloe vera, herbs, etc. No cramps or running to the bathroom. This is safe, easy, doctor recommended. For long-term results it's not a weekend thing - it's a lifestyle and I love it! The source is my ';cleansing coach'; - my wife! She loves to be a support. She'll guide you with no obligation of any kind. Contact her through her website:
not exactly. this might be the result of sleep lack. the average person needs at least 8-9 hours of sleep. Also, you need to drink at least 8~12 glasses of water. do u exfoliate? and also NEVER wash your face with hot water. use cold water best.
Not so much. Just eat better, stick to unprocessed foods and get rid of the junk. Exercise is great too, and be sure to drink plenty of water.
It would help, eating more salads would be good too. Dont just eat vegetables and fruit though, get some steak and chicken in your stomach too!
lemons contain vitamin C..it should help!
